PR & Communications Manager:
The PR & Communications Manager will reach out to interested
ASAP students to create the ASAP PR & Communications team as
well as organize, coordinate, and manage the activities of the
team. These activities include, but are not limited to, promoting
ASAP through campus, local, and national media sources; maintaining
ASAP’s social network site; designing and producing the monthly
ASAP newsletter to be sent to ASAP members and partners;
highlighting the ASAP chapter and member of the month on the
website and promoting ASAP’s annual conference. The PR &
Communications manager will report directly to ASAP Central.
Membership Manager:
The Membership Manager will reach out to interested ASAP students
to create the ASAP Membership team as well as organize, coordinate,
and manage the activities of the team. These activities include,
but are not limited to, tracking membership growth; promoting
activities to increase membership and sharing best practices with
chapters; setting membership goals and implementing plans to
achieve these goals. The Membership team manager will report
directly to ASAP Central.
Chapters/Clubs Manager:
The Chapter/Clubs Manager will reach out to interested ASAP
students to create the ASAP Chapters/Clubs team as well as
organize, coordinate, and manage the activities of the team. These
activities include, but are not limited to, corresponding with
students who are interested in starting new ASAP chapters; working
to establish new chapters; answering existing chapters’ questions
relating to chapter functions; reviewing chapter action plans and
designating chapter status; establishing partnerships between
domestic and international chapters and working to grow chapters
throughout the world. The Chapters/Clubs Manager will report
directly to ASAP Central.
Education and Training Manager:
The Education & Training Manager will reach out to interested
ASAP students to create the ASAP Education & Training team as
well as organize, coordinate, and manage the activities of the
team. These activities include, but are not limited to,
distributing ASAP presentations and educational materials to ASAP
chapters, clubs and partners; creating new presentations and
educational resources and creating goals for student and community
outreach. The Education & Training Manager will report directly
to ASAP Central.
Fundraising Manager:
The Fundraising Manager will reach out to interested ASAP students
to create the ASAP Fundraising team as well as organize,
coordinate, and manage the activities of the team. These activities
include, but are not limited to, create and test fundraising
activities that can be replicated by ASAP members; track
fundraising efforts by chapters and clubs; manage ASAP’s donor
database; send thank you letters to ASAP donors and manage
correspondence from ASAP donors.
I/T Manager:
The I/T Manager will reach out to interested ASAP students to
create the ASAP I/T team as well as organize, coordinate, and
manage the activities of the team. These activities include, but
are not limited to, managing and upgrading ASAP’s websites, which
